Image: Terex MPS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Terex MPS has managed to relocate a range of crushers in a remote forest reserve in Sabah, Malaysia, highlighting the durability of the machinery. &nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The equipment was originally installed 150km away from Sabah and hadn\u2019t been used for more than two years over the course of the pandemic. However, &nbsp;a restart was flagged and Terex was called in to relocate the machines.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The plant was a wheeled jaw WJ1175, including a Terex JW42 primary jaw crusher, as well as a Terex wheeled cone model WC1000 containing a Terex TC1000 model cone crusher.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The combined weight of the equipment was more than 70 tonnes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Terex MPS regional sales manager Benjamin Tong said these specific models were well suited to the customer\u2019s needs.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe versatility of our wheeled plant was the main reason that the customer chose Terex originally,\u201d Tong said.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe IV Deck screen also makes it easy for the customer to cope with the market demand for four different aggregate sizes.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The equipment now sits 2500m above sea level overlooking Mount Trusmadi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe service support provided by Terex MPS team was also highly appreciated by the customer, which resulted in a quick turnaround of the plant and in turn production,\u201d Terex stated.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNow sitting at the top of a new site some 150km from the old site\u2026 the Terex MPS systems are working together as one, once again, after years of sitting idly by.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe one-of-a-kind optimisation of the machines, along with their premium quality components has saved the customer time, labour costs and overall relocation costs during a time when the market is at its most challenging.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"596\" src=\"https:\/\/yinghuiinternational.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/crusher-relocate-2-1024x596-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8190\" srcset=\"https:\/\/yinghuiinternational.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/crusher-relocate-2-1024x596-1.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/yinghuiinternational.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/crusher-relocate-2-1024x596-1-300x175.jpg 300w, https:\/\/yinghuiinternational.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/crusher-relocate-2-1024x596-1-768x447.jpg 768w, https:\/\/yinghuiinternational.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/crusher-relocate-2-1024x596-1-600x349.jpg 600w, https:\/\/yinghuiinternational.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/crusher-relocate-2-1024x596-1-275x160.jpg 275w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 709px) 85vw, (max-width: 909px) 67vw, (max-width: 1362px) 62vw, 840px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Share this article<\/h4>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Terex equipment was successfully relocated over 150km through Malaysia.
