\"jimblebar-2\"<\/a>Sedgman has been awarded a contract for crushing and conveyor works at BHP\u2019s Jimblebar iron ore mine.<\/p>\n

The $145 million contract will see the Sedgman Civmec joint venture (SCJV) provide the engineering procurement construction and commissioning work for Jimblebar\u2019s new primary crusher.<\/p>\n

The joint venture is specifically focused on target minerals processing and materials handling projects in WA.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe award of this contract followed a competitive tender process and is testament to the design and safe delivery capability that SCJV was able to demonstrate to BHPBIO (BHP Billiton Iron Ore),\u201d Sedgman CEO Peter Watson said.<\/p>\n
